Rental Fee

• Full club rentals on Saturday evenings have an $8,000 site fee for 5 hours, with a $9,000 food & beverage minimum. Additional time may be purchased for $1,000/hour.

  Daytime Saturdays and Sundays, full club rentals are $5,000 for 4 hours with a $6,000++ F&B minimum.

  Fridays, Sundays, and daytime Saturdays, half-club rentals are available for $3,500–4,000 for 4 hours with a $4,500–5,000 F&B minimum.

• All packages include:

  • Riverfront ceremony site with chairs
  • Butler-passed and displayed hors d'oeuvres
  • Salad course, rolls, and condiments
  • Buffet or plated dinner with choice of entrées and accompaniments
  • Unlimited coffee & tea
  • Day-of event manager
  • Tables, chairs, linens, napkins, table settings, toasting glasses, and cake serveware
  • Setup time prior to the event and breakdown time following

  Bar service is additional, ranging $30–45/person for 4-hour service.

• There is a 22% service charge and 7.5% sales tax. Gratuity is not included but greatly appreciated.
