Rental Fee

• $500–3,800/event

• Venue-only rentals include:

  • Complete property access for the allotted rental time 
  • Ready room house with four separate spaces
  • Pavilions with market lights, garden gazebos, fire pits (tending included!), fire table, yard games, and lighting throughout
  • Covered bar area and catering staging area
  • Projector, property-wide sound system, and handeld or lapel mic
  • Dedicated property attendant and ample parking
  • Tables & chairs
  • And more!

  Saturday rentals range $1,800 (morning) to $2,800 (evening), or $3,800 for the full day. 

  Friday or Sunday are $1,500 for 6 hours, and weekdays are $500 for 3 hours (additional time may be added).

• The Rose All-Inclusive Package includes:

  • Everything in the Venue-Only rental above, PLUS:
  • 8-hour property access, plus a 1-hour rehearsal
  • Catering package for 100 people (hors d'oeuvres, buffet menu, champagne toast, staffing, etc.)
  • Custom buttercream cake and service
  • Personal florals for the couple and wedding party, centerpieces, gazebo sprays, and cake florals
  • Professional photography
  • Live music for the ceremony and DJ services for the reception, with dance floor and pin spot lighting
  • Ceremony officiant

  Pricing ranges $19,995 (weekdays) to $27,795 (Saturday all day), and varies depending on guest count, time of day, and day of the week. See link below for details.
