• The Elegance Wedding Package includes:

  • Access to the venue 8am–10pm
  • Dressing suite & dressing room
  • Tables & chairs
  • Dance floor lit by chandeliers

  • 2-hour rehearsal time
  • On-site representative to assist during the event
  • Setup & breakdown
  • Engagement photo shoot at the ranch (BYO photographer)

  The Elegance Plus Weekend Package includes everything in the Elegance Wedding Package PLUS:

  • Extended setup & rehearsal time the day before the wedding 9am–9pm
  • Use of the property for a rehearsal dinner (C Bar Ranch will do the setup & breakdown of tables & chairs)
  • Extended access on the day of the wedding to 7am–11pm
  • Personalized welcome sign
  • Tablecloths (more than 20 color choices)
  • Boxed lunches for the wedding party during getting-ready time (up to 20, additional lunches can be arranged for a fee)
  • Bartender for up to five hours
  • Extended access for retrieving items the day after the wedding 8am–noon
