- With an air of Old Florida elegance, this stately 1940s estate sits proudly on an exquisite lakefront property, offering a grand backdrop for your nuptials. The mansion itself is yours on the big day: the entire second floor is a photo-ready dressing suite (the other party preps in the charming Boat House), and each of the four light-filled spaces on the first floor are outfitted with French doors that lead onto the gorgeous grounds and airy terraces.
- Spanish-moss draped oaks frame panoramic vistas of Lake Alfred in the lovely Wedding Garden, a verdant sweep of green accented with a pretty brick path. Two lakefront terraces invite you to celebrate al fresco in any weather—there’s the open-air terrace set against the mansion’s striking facade, and the glass-enclosed, climate-controlled tent, both with ample space for dining and dancing.
- Whether you envision an intimate micro-wedding or a luxurious multi-day retreat, there are endless options for customizing the celebration of your dreams. All rentals include exclusive use of the estate and lush grounds, with delicious in-house catering, event coordination, and 16 private guest cottages that can sleep up to 56 loved ones.

Intimate weddings for up to 60 guests range $3,000–6,000 and include:
- 6-hour venue rental
- Exclusive use of the Estate House downstairs, Brick Terrace, Pavilion, and grounds
- Tables & garden chairs
- Adams Estate Liason
- Complimentary self-parking
Available November–June and August–October. Catering is provided through Arthurs Catering and The Catering Company of Central Florida (priced separately).

- Dedicated Adams Estate liaison and full day-of staffing
- 1-hour rehearsal and access for engagement photos

Meals (when priced separately)
- $70/person and up
Catering begins at $70/person, with bar packages starting at $35/person for a 4-hour beer & wine bar. Bar minimums of $2,500 apply during peak season weekends.
Starting in 2027, the wedding package begins at $222/person and is inclusive of catering, a 5-hour full bar, and service fees.

A day-of coordinator is required. The in-house coordinator is available for $1,600.
On-site lodging for up to 56 guests is available in 16 luxury cottages, and may be booked directly or as a room block.
