Rental fees include:
- Dressing suite available starting 3 hours prior to the event
- Access to the venue for 2 hours the day prior or day of for rehearsal and setup
- Catering coordinator
- Personal wedding party attendant
- Ample parking, an attendant, and a shuttle
- Banquet, round, and antique high-top tables, white garden chairs, industrial carts, and a leather lounge set with vintage coffee table
Meals (when priced separately)
- $139/person and up
Menu pricing includes hors d'oeuvres, soup or salad, artisan breads, entrées served plated, buffet, or family-style, a custom wedding cake or dessert bar with coffee service, and a 4.5-hour open bar.

Additional Info
A ceremony at the Deep River Landing requires a $200 fee, approval from the Town of Deep River, a constable for $180, and rental & setup of chairs.
