Rental Fee

• $1,000–3,200/event
• Rental fee varies depending on:
  • Guest count

• The rental fee varies depending on the guest count (15–100 guests) includes:

  • 5-hour event time (3-hour event time for up to 15 guests and 4.5-hour event time for up to 30 guests)
  • Early access for wedding party prep and décor setup
  • Rights to the property for photography
  • All existing decorations in the barn, including bistro lighting, drapes, and chandeliers
  • Tables, chairs, and white linens
  • Outdoor tent may be added for $1,500 setup fee

  Additional guests are $40/person; additional time is $500/hour.

Ceremony Fee

• $400/event

• The ceremony fee includes one additional hour of event rental. Add your choice of arch for $100.

Additional Info

• Bar packages range $29–38/person for a 5-hour package and bartender service. Cash bars are available with a minimum requirement. Champagne walls, s'mores bars, mimosa & bourbon bars, and more are also available!
