Rental Fee

• $7,500/event

• Rental is for a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday and includes:

  • The venue from 4pm to midnight.
  • Use of the 60' x 90' tent (with sides if needed) with perimeter bistro lighting
  • The vineyard for your ceremony
  • The use of lawn area for cocktail hour as well as any games you’d like to set up
  • All tables (60" round, 8' banquet, sweetheart, high tops for cocktail hour) and 200+ chairs
  • Prep tent, lighting, and tables for your caterer
  • Electricity with backup generators
  • Two upscale handicapped-accessible port-a-toilets
  • Two flatbed ’35 & ’47 trucks, cast iron clawfoot tub, and five oak wine barrels
  • Two fire pits that the venue will start and tend (firewood included)
  • Designated parking area
  • Two staff members always on site

• A minimum purchase of $500 of the venue's wine, flowers, or produce is required.
