Rental Fee
- $5,000/event
The rental fee includes:
- Access to the property from 10am–9:30pm on the event day
- Full-day use of the Pavilion
- Two waterfront overnight cottages (available from 10am on the event day to 10am the following morning; each sleeps 2 guests)
- 2-hour wedding rehearsal
- Wood ceremony benches, arch, and cocktail hour whiskey barrel tables (addition tables & chairs available to rent)
- Catering tent, covered bar, and fire pit with wood
- Dock access for photos
- Day-of event venue representative
- On-site parking for 45+ cars
