  Food & beverage minimums for the Clipper & Schooner ballrooms range $10,000–13,500; for the Cutter Ballroom and/or water wall area, minimums range $1,000–4,500.

Ceremony Fee

• The ceremony fee includes use of the Cutter Ballroom for two hours, including setup, guest arrival, ceremony, and photos.

• The Commodore Suite may be used as a wedding party ready room, and requires a 2-night minimum plus reservation of the adjoining guest rooms ($750–1,000/night).

  Additional dressing room spaces in Soundings or Moorings have a $400 day use fee, 8am–4pm.
