Rental Fee

Receptions for 80+ guests are tented on the West Lawn for $10,500; for guest counts under 80 there is the option to reserve the historic Makeshift Theater instead for $7,600.
Fees include:
- Exclusive use of the venue on the wedding day
- 1-hour ceremony rehearsal the day prior
- 6-hour event time
- Space for wedding party prep
- Multiple options for ceremony and cocktail hour (lawn, Sunken Garden, lawn overlooking the meadow, etc.)
Tents, catering, bar, tableware, etc. is not included and must be arranged by the client.
