Rental Fee

• Rental includes a sprawling central lawn & 1,600 square foot patio with a custom tent, including chandelier and café-style string lights, tables and chairs, and lounge seating, plus restrooms and parking.

  Only one wedding is booked per weekend.

Package Prices

• $125/person and up

• Packages typically include a cocktail hour grazing table, buffet dinner featuring wood-smoked barbecue with your selection of salads and sides, nonalcoholic beverages, and a cofee and tea station.

  Bar pricing is separate; you may book a recommended bar vendor or stock your own bar. An in-house bartender and basic bar setup will be provided for an additional fee.

• You must also book all of the cottages for the weekend, arriving Friday afternoon and departing Sunday morning. Rates vary depending on the time of year and cottage size. There are 9 cottages that can sleep up to 28 guests total.
