The rental fee includes:
- Evening (4pm–1am) or all day (9am–1am) access to the venue Mondays–Saturdays during peak wedding months (May–October & December)
- Exclusive use of the entire mansion, main level, parlor, decks, Red Rock Patio, and bar
- Parking for 100 cars
- Tables & chairs
Ceremony Fee
- $500/event
The ceremony fee includes:
- Setup & use of the Red Rocks Ceremony site, Wedding Pergola, and musician's pergola
- Setup of up to 200 Chiavari chairs
- 1-hour rehearsal prior to your event
- Use of the Dressing Rooms on the upper level of the mansion
