  Peak season (May 1–October 15) pricing is comprised of a venue rental + food & beverage minimum:

  Saturday | $13,000 venue rental | $12,000 F&B minimum
  Sunday | $10,000 venue rental | $9,500 F&B minimum
  Weekdays | $7,000 venue rental | n/a

  Off-peak season pricing ranges $5,000 (January 1–April 1) to $7,000 (October 16–December 30), with no food & beverage minimum.

Meals (when priced separately)

• Dinner starts at $56/person; hors d'oeuvres, salad, and bar are priced separately.

  For example, a menu with passed 2 hors d'oeuvres, a charcuterie board, salad, two entrées, and a hosted bar averages $160/person.
