Rental Fee

• $2,500–15,000/event

• Wedding and event pricing is comprised of a Site Fee + Beverage Minimum. Events in the Pavilion must use a caterer from the preferred list; all events in the Lodge will use in-house catering.

  Indoor venues:
  The Pavilion | Site Fee | $15,000 anytime
  Lodge Ranch Room and Lodge Library | Site Fee | $3,500 after 3pm

  Outdoor venues (ceremonies only):
  Longs Peak Lawn | Site Fee | $3,500 April–October
  Pavilion Lawn and Rose Garden | Site Fee | $2,500 April–October

Food & Beverage Minimum

• $1,000–3,750/event

• The Pavilion | Beverage Minimum | $3,750
  Lodge Ranch Room and Lodge Library | Beverage Minimum | $1,000

Meals (when priced separately)

• $70/person and up

• Plated dinners start at $70 per guest, and buffet dinners range $79–95/person. 

  Hosted bar packages range $18–36 per person for the first hour, plus a $250 fee per bartender (1 bartender per 75 guests). 

  Events under 25 guests have a $250 small group fee.

• Service charge or gratuity includes a 22% service fee, 8.95% tax, and a 3% Historical Preservation Fee.
