The Standard Package includes exclusive use of The Barn event area for 8 hours (2-hour setup, 5-hour ceremony & reception, and 1-hour breakdown)
The All-Day Upgraded Package includes a 10am arrival, pre-ceremony drinks with upgraded linens or a champagne toast, 3-hour setup, 6-hour ceremony & reception, and 1-hour breakdown.
All packages include:
- Ceremony seating for up to 200
- Table rounds, long tables, and Chiavari chairs for the reception, plus assorted tables for the cake, DJ, gifts, cocktail hour, etc.
- Floor-length table linens and napkins in a variety of colors
- Plateware, flatware, and bar glassware
- Parking for 200 guests
- Use of Bridal Cottage and Groom’s Loft for wedding party preparation
