  • 5-hour event time with exclusive use of the Ivy Ballroom, Ivy Courtyard, and riverfront patio
  • A ceremony held in the Ivy Courtyard, the Meadows, or the Surf Chateau Courtyard, set with a triangular wedding arbor, white metal chairs, and a sound system
  • Private dining room for a rehearsal dinner
  • Tables, event chairs, choice of black, white, or ivory linens, napkins and overlays in choice of colors, all necessary wait & bar staff, event setup & teardown
  • World-class audio and lighting system, custom uplighting, a sound and lighting engineer, a 4k projector and screen, and a microphone for toasts
  • Wedding specialist to assist with day-of logistics, scheduling, and menu planning
  • Complimentary planning stay, including a 2-hour planning session, one free night’s stay in a riverfront king, and a $200 gift certificate to Wesley & Rose
  • 2-night stay in a luxurious suite for the newlyweds and discounted room blocks
