The rental fee is for up to 100 guests and includes:
- Bellevue Event Hall with full setup for your selected caterer, custom LED pendant rings & centerpiece lighting, state-of-the-art sound & projection systems, white oak & cedar flooring perfect for dancing, wood x-back chairs, and tables
- Outdoor spaces with granite patio, 8-acre pasture, and open trellis for photos, bistro & tree lighting, bluetooth sound system, electrical hookups for food trucks, whiskey barrel cocktail tables, on-site parking lot, choice of arch, and handmade benches
- Farmhouse dressing suite with a bright, spacious living room, a quartz fireplace, stone & pine kitchen, and salon
- White Cabin dressing suite with a cozy pine living area, full bathroom, and creekside patio
- Historic 1963 Airstream as a lounge & photo booth
All rentals include two hours for setup, one hour for breakdown, and 9–11 hours for your event (depending on the day of the week).
