  Rental of the Aspen Room (100 guest max) is $1,000; rental of the Boardroom (32 guest max) is $500.

Food & Beverage Minimum

• $0–15,000/event

• The food minimum applies on Friday–Sunday evenings and holidays in the Main Dining Room ($7,000–9,000), Canyon Room ($6,000–8,000), and when both rooms are used together ($9,000–15,000). This does not include beverage charges.

Meals (when priced separately)

• $44/person and up

• Meal pricing does not include hors d'oeuvres, cake, or beverages. Hosted bar, cash bar, and bar packages starting at $23/person (first hour) are available.
