  Rental of the Aspen Room (100 guest max) is $1,000; rental of the Boardroom (32 guest max) is $400. All rental fees includes dressing room access; tables, linens, tableware, and chairs; valet & coat check; set-up & breakdown; and a fireplace.

Food & Beverage Minimum

• $0–14,000/event

• The food minimum applies on Saturday evenings and holidays in the Main Dining Room ($6,000–8,000), Canyon Room ($5,000–7,000), and when both rooms are used together ($6,000–14,000). This does not include beverage charges.

Meals (when priced separately)

• $42/person and up

• Meal pricing does not include hors d'oeuvres, cake, or beverages. Hosted bar, cash bar, and bar packages starting at $22/person (first hour) are available.
