Food & Beverage Minimum

• $0–14,000/event

• The food minimum applies May–October on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays in the Main Dining Room ($7,000–9,000), and Canyon Room ($5,500–7,500).

  When both rooms are used together, the food minimum applies Friday–Sunday and holidays year-round ($7,000–14,000). 

  This does not include beverage charges.

• Meal pricing includes salad, buffet or plated entrées, and sides. Hors d'oeuvres, cake, and beverages are additional.
