Rental fees include:
- Full use of Barm and grassy areas
- 35' x 40' white canopy tent
- Two dressing areas: private suite and vintage Airstream
- 1-night stay for the couple in venue AirBnb
- Use of venue's vintage cars for photography
- On-site gravel parking
- Power for DJ/sound system
Sunday and weekday rentals run 24 hours (for example, Sunday 10am–Monday 10am).
Weekend wedding rentals run Friday 3pm–Sunday 10am, and include an additional overnight for the couple.
