- Exchange vows on a wide deck that extends over Evergreen Lake, with views of the distant foothills and surrounding wooded park.
- No need to lose sight of the mountains if the weather turns chilly—just move inside to the Octagon Room. Seven of its eight sides are fitted with huge windows, so you're literally encircled by the gorgeous view.
- The Great Room has a warm, elegant, log cabin feel, with a lodgepole pine ceiling and walls, a stacked-stone fireplace, and an outdoor patio elevated above the lake.

The rental fee includes tables, chairs, WiFi access, ceremony area with up to 100 chairs, and a district staff member. There are two time blocks available: an 8-hour block, and a 10-hour block.
Friday & Saturday pricing is for both the Octagon and Great Rooms, and is the same year-round.
