Rental Fee
- $2,500–9,950/event
- Rental fee varies depending on:
- Day of week
- Time of year
- Event duration
All facility rentals include:
- Exclusive use of the facility and grounds (only one event at a time!)
- Event planning assistance and venue manager
- Luxury getting-ready rooms
- Room enhancements, including LED lights on railings, white columns, market lights, and more!
- Tables, silver Chiavari chairs, linens and napkins in various colors, and all plates, silverware and unlimited glassware
- Taxes and service fees
Half-day rentals range $2,500–8,000; full day rentals range $4,500–9,950.

Silver Package
- Indoor or outdoor ceremony, plus a rehearsal
- Setup, service, and teardown of your BYO catering
- $3,000 credit to florals from The Bloom Room
- $3,000 credit to bar services with Celebration Beverage
- Aisle arrangements, toss bouquet, uplighting, and table runners, chargers, and sashes
- Champagne and cider toast
Gold Package
- Everything in the Silver Package, PLUS:
