- This turn-of-the-century beauty was once home to the Carnegie Library, and is now lovingly cared for by the City of Ft. Collins, which oversees its preservation as well as its role as both an event venue and hub for local artists.
- Red sandstone from a local quarry comprises the building’s handsome façade, which gives way to an interior laden with historic details, including original pinewood flooring and rows of graceful arched windows.
- There are three separate spaces that can be rented individually, but you can also opt for a full buyout, and make use of the entire multi-level space. Outside, you’ll find the lovely Heritage Courtyard, a romantic, tree-shaded spot just perfect for ceremonies or outdoor celebrations.
