• All venue rentals include:

  • 12-hour time frame, plus a 2-hour rehearsal the previous day (Monday–Thursday dates have a 7-hour time frame option for a lower fee)
  • Venue spaces include a Main Barn welcome station, a grassy knoll with views of Pike's Peak, the Forest Pavilion, and the Great Lawn with a waterfall feature
