Rental Fee

• $4,000–16,500/event

• There are two venues at Black Canyon Inn—The Homestead (100 guest maximum) and The Boulders (200 guest maximum)—each with unique ceremony, cocktail, and reception sites and different requirements for catering.

  The rental fee for each venue includes:

  • 6.5-hour event time, including ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
  • Use of the Salon Suite and Lounge starting at 9am (The Boulders only)
  • Exclusive access to the venue for setup at 10am
  • Day-of venue coordinator, bartenders, service staff, and banquet captain
  • Event furniture, linens, napkins, and place settings
  • Champagne or cider toast
  • Ceremony rehearsal

  The Homestead
  This venue includes an outdoor ceremony in the Pavilion, cocktail hour on the lawn, and historic cabin for the reception. Bar packages are additional, starting at $7 per drink or $55/person for an unlimited bar; use of an approved caterer is required. 

  June–September: $5,000–8,500
  May & October: $4,000–6,000
  November–April: $4,000–5,000

  The Boulders
  This venue includes an indoor ceremony & reception with accordion windows for a mountain view. In-house catering is required, and ranges $75–95/person, with bar packages starting at $7 per drink or $55/person for an unlimited bar. On weekends from May–October, there is a food & beverage minimum that ranges $8,000–12,000. There is no minimum on weekdays or November–April.

  June–September: $8,000–16,500
  May & October: $7,000–14,500
  November–April: $5,000–9,000
