Rental rates start at $3,000 on weekdays, and rates increase for Friday & Sunday and Saturday. Fees include:
- Day-of access from 9am–1pm
- Use of the venue for engagement photos during regular hours
- Site manager
- Tables, mahogany Chiavari chairs, and two custom-made bars
- Portable sound system, specialty uplighting, and white velour pipe an ddrape
- Uniformed police officer to assist with traffic and street crossings
