Venue-only rentals include 4 hours of private room use, setup with tables, chairs, linens, and tableware, and uniformed catering staff.
Package Prices
- $3,550/event and up
The Barefoot Ballroom ceremony & reception package is $3,550 and includes:
- 2-night stay in a specialty suite, with breakfast for two each weekend morning in the Balcony Restaurant
- 4-hour use of the Barefoot Ballroom & Foyer for ceremony and reception
- Rose or seasonal mixed bouquet and matching boutonnière
- Ceremony officiant
- Access to the Crow's Nest for rooftop wedding photos
- Cake and punch for 100 people, including service
- Bottle of champagne and two keepsake glasses
- 10 reserved parking spaces in the hotel parking lot
- Taxes and service fees
Meals (when priced separately)
- $25/person and up
Buffet and plated menus include a house salad, an assortment of hot rolls and butter, coffee, iced tea, and water service.
Passed and display hors d'oeuvres, dessert, and bar service are priced separately.
