Rental Fee

• Venue-only rentals include 4 hours' use of the selected venue, tables & chairs, linens, and standard rentals. Indoor venues range $2,500–4,600; outdoor venues range $550–1,800.

• All packages include:

  • Two night stay for the couple in a Specialty Suite (excludes East Lawn package)
  • Breakfast for two each morning in the Crystal Dining Room
  • Ceremony officiant and bouquet + boutonnière
  • 2.5-hour live music during the ceremony & reception (Crystal Ballroom & Crescent Conservatory only)

  Crystal Ballroom Package | $4,950 for 100 guests
  Ceremony & reception in the Crystal Ballroom. Available Sunday–Saturday 4–11pm; surcharge may apply on Saturday evenings.

  Crescent Conservatory Package | $4,250 for 50 guests
  Ceremony in the Fountain Garden, Conservatory Boardwalk, or East Lawn, and reception in the Conservatory. Available Sunday–Friday 10am–11pm and Saturday 10am–3pm; surcharge may apply on Saturday evenings.

  Wedding in the Woods Package | $4,650 for 50 guests
  Ceremony in the Glenwood Hollow Woodland Venue and reception in the Conservatory. Available Sunday–Friday 10am–11pm, Saturday 10am–3pm; surcharge may apply on Saturday evenings.

  East Lawn Package | $2,650 for 30 guests ($200 charge for up to 50)
  Ceremony & reception on the Crescent’s East Lawn, with a 20x20 wedding tent. Excludes the overnight stay. Available Sunday–Friday 10am–8pm; Saturday 10am–3pm.

• Menu pricing includes salad, hot rolls with honey butter, buffet or plated entrées, and coffee, iced tea, and water. Appetizers and bar packages are priced separately.
