• Venue rentals start at $8,500 and include:

  • 9-hour event time, for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
  • Ceremony set with fruitwood folding chairs and an arch, plus a rehearsal
  • Reception tables, chairs, and benches
  • Two dressing rooms
  • Heaters, coolers, and shade umbrellas as needed
  • Water station

  Reception-only rentals start at $8,500 for a 7-hour event block for cocktail hour and reception, and include everything above except the ceremony setup & rehearsal.

• The Saguaro Package starts at $19,900 and includes everything listed above in the venue rental PLUS:
  

  • Appetizers and buffet with entrées, sides, salad, and rolls
  • Water and self-serve beverages
  • Bar service and mixer package (BYO alcohol)
  • Custom-designed cake or dessert bar
  • Florals, including 5 bouquets plus a toss bouquet, 9 boutonnières, 4 corsages, a floral arch piece, centerpieces, and cake flowers
  • Speaker system, microphone, DJ mixing equipment, dance floor lighting, and uplighting
