• The rental fee for a ceremony & reception ranges $11,000–16,000 and includes:

  • 9-hour access to the venue
  • Event director
  • Ceremony set with fruitwood folding chairs & an arch
  • Rehearsal
  • Reception tables, chairs, and benches
  • Two dressing rooms
  • Heaters & shade umbrellas are available as needed
  • Water station

  Reception-only rentals range $10,000–15,000 for 7-hour access to the venue for a cocktail hour & reception, and include everything above with the exception of the ceremony setup & rehearsal.

Package Prices

• Package prices vary depending on:

  • Guest count

• The Saguaro Package ranges $25,600–42,000 for 75–200 guests and includes everything listed in the rental fee above PLUS:

  • Appetizers & buffet with entrées, sides, salad, and rolls
  • Tasting for up to four people
  • Water & self-serve beverages
  • Bar service & mixer package (BYO alcohol)
  • Custom-designed cake or dessert bar
  • Florals such as five bouquets plus a toss bouquet, nine boutonnières, four corsages, a floral arch piece, centerpieces, and cake flowers
  • Dinnerware, utensils, water goblets, cloth napkins, and linens
  • cleanup, buffet teardown, and cake-cutting service
  • Speaker system, microphone, DJ mixing equipment, dance floor lighting, and uplighting
