The rental fee is $1,000/hour Monday–Thursday (4 hour minimum) for up to 100 guests. This includes setup of tables & chairs, a venue manager, and a venue assistant. An additional $500 cleaning fee applies.

Package Prices

All packages include:
- 5- or 6-hour event time
- Tables, chairs, and lighting setups
- DJ with in-house sound system
- Bartending service
- On-site venue manager & day-of coordinator
- 1-hour rehearsal prior to your event
- Open-air speakeasy/cigar lounge may be added for $200
- Pet-friendly!
The Premium All-Inclusive Package is $17,000 for up to 100 guests, and includes photography, month-of coordination, a photo booth, couple's cake & dessert table, and table décor.
The Full Day package is $15,500 for up to 200 guests and includes access to the venue noon–11pm with two venue staff. An extended day can be added for $3,000 to allow venue access starting at 8am.
The Half Day package is $10,500 for up to 200 guests and includes access to the venue 4–11:30pm and an assistant to the on-site venue manager.
The Micro package is $7,500 for up to 80 guests and includes access to the venue 5–10:30pm.
