Rental Fee

• $4,000/event and up
• Rental fee varies depending on:
  • Guest count
  • Event duration

• The hourly rental fee is $1000/hr Monday–Thursday (4 hour minimum) for up to 100 guests. This includes setup of tables & chairs, a venue manager, and a venue assistant. 

  An additional $500 cleaning fee applies. 

Package Prices

• $7,500–15,500/event
• Package prices vary depending on:

• Wedding packages include:

  • Use of in-house décor 
  • Tables & chairs
  • DJ with in-house sound system
  • Bartending service
  • On-site venue manager & day-of coordinator
  • 1-hour rehearsal prior to your event

  The Full Day package is $15,500 for up to 200 guests and includes access to the venue 11am–11:30pm (guest access is 12pm–11pm) with two venue staff. An extended day can be added for $3000 to allow venue access starting at 8am. 

  The Half Day package is $10,500 for up to 200 guests and includes access to the venue 4pm–11:30pm (guest access is 4pm–11pm) and an assistant to the on-site venue manager.

  The Micro package is $7,500 for up to 80 guests and includes access to the venue 5pm–10:30pm (guest access is 5pm–10pm).
