Ceremony Fee

• $500/event

• The ceremony-only package is for up to 75 guests and includes:

  • Access to the venue for four hours max
  • Ceremony area with alter & aisle runner & benches
  • 20-acre scenery for photographs
  • On-site Lodge staff to assist with venue needs
  • Guest parking & restrooms

Package Prices

• $2,000/event and up
• Package prices vary depending on:
  • Day of week
  • Package chosen

• The Elopement Package is $2,000 for up to 25 guests and includes:

  • Exclusive use of the main Lodge's common areas, ceremony, and reception areas (9am–11pm)
  • Access to the commercial kitchen with a fully stocked catering assortment

  The Gold Package ranges $2,500–3,500 for up to 100 guests and includes everything in the Elopement Package PLUS:

  • Exclusive use of the main Lodge's common areas, ceremony, and reception areas 9am–11pm (weekend events) or 9am–9pm (weekday events)
  • Overnight stay for the wedding couple
  • Rehearsal 
  • Separate areas for the wedding party to get ready
  • Portable restrooms if needed & trash can clearing

  The Diamond Package ranges $4,000–5,000 for up to 100 guests and includes everything in the Gold Package PLUS:

  • Space for the rehearsal dinner
  • White/ivory tablecloths & chair covers
  • Rustic table décor & place settings from the venue's inventory
  • Ceremony area décor
  • Use of horse trailer bar & beverage containers
  • Additional tables for gifts, dessert, guest book, etc.
  • Sound systems in both the ceremony & reception areas
  • White tent
  • Staff to help remove trash & dishes, as well as washing dishes (larger catering items are excluded)
  • Bonfire lit

  The Platinum Package ranges $7,500–9,000 for up to 100 guests and includes everything in the Diamond Package PLUS:

  • Horse-drawn carriage to & from the ceremony & reception
  • Day-of coordinator
  • Access to all extras & décor
  • Bar supplies such as plastic cups, garnishes, and ice
  • All lodging for two nights (sleeps about 80 guests)

  The All-Inclusive Package starts at $25,000 and includes everything in the Platinum Package PLUS:

  • Officiant
  • Live band or DJ
  • Photographer
  • Videographer
  • Extra staff
  • Hair/MUA
  • Flowers
  • Bar/bartenders
  • Catered dinner
  • Cake and/or cupakes
  • And more!

  Packages are customizable. Additional guests, up to a max of 250 guests total, may be added to the Gold, Diamond, and Platinum Packages for $10/guest.
