  • Professional event manager & team to fully execute the ceremony & reception décor, and assist with wrapup at the end of the event (if the event minimum is met)
  • 9-hour access to the venue (2-hour pre-ceremony time in the Wedding Party Suite, 6-hour wedding event, and 1-hour post-reception for load out & cleanup)
  • Ceremony rehearsal
  • Unlimited access to the Arboretum's extensive private grounds for photos
  • Garden stage ceremony site with ceremony arch of the couple's choice & dark wood garden chairs
  • Reception in the Ponderosa Pavilion 
  • White event canopy, tent, and pathway lighting
  • Tables, dark wood cross-back chairs, floor-length solid polyester linens & linen napkins in the couple's color of choice (52 options)
  • Choice of wooden sweetheart table & sweetheart chairs

• In-house catering starts at $65/person through their sister company, Main Street Catering. BYO catering is also welcome with approved vendors.
