- A path through colorful gardens leads to your ceremony, set against the vibrant rock formations and mature trees. The celebration continues al fresco among the lush grounds, gather for a reception at another nearby Sedona venue, or even opt to head up to one of the area's stunning trailheads or overlooks in time for sunset—it's a Dark Sky area, so the stars are unreal!
- Photo ops abound on the 4-acre property, which encompasses pretty apple orchards and colorful gardens along with a collection of vintage outbuildings, including the Jordan's red rock home and fruit-packing shed, and an adorable telegraph office that was featured in a John Wayne film!

The rental fee is a flat hourly rate of $500/hour with a minimum 2-hour rental.
Because Sedona is a Dark Sky Community, light pollution is limited and events must take place during daylight hours (between 9am and 10:30am or 4pm and dusk).
