Why You'll Love This Place

A Here Comes The Guide Wedding Venue Review
  • This wildly one-of-a-kind venue provides a backdrop as unique as your love story, where giraffes peek over fences and flamingos might photo-bomb your portraits. As the sun sets over the desert, the whole place takes on a golden-hour glow, showcasing the zoo’s diverse natural landscapes and the wonderful worlds contained there.
  • Choose from the beautifully curated gathering spaces, each with its own distinct vibe. Vintage lovers will adore Ruby’s House, a charming 1935 garden cottage, and the adorable reconstructed Phoenix Bakery. The expansive Desert Grove is surrounded by iconic Arizona landscaping; Desert Tents brings the vibrant feel of a Bedouin village, and Forest of Uco channels the festive spirit of a Colombian celebration.
  • The indoor venues are equally lovely, including the elegant Neely Center, set on a hilltop next to the Tropics Trail, which boasts a gracious, flexible interior, a pretty patio, and views of the lake and Gibbon Island. A personal favorite is Orang-Hutan, a climate-controlled space in the center of the zoo’s breathtaking orangutan exhibit, where your celebration is surrounded by large glass windows framing views of the gardens and its resident apes.
