Rental Fee
- $5,000/event and up
Full property rentals start at $5,000. Fees include:
- Choice of three outdoor ceremony sites (the glen, lawn, or beach terrace)
- Upstairs dining & bar area
- Downstairs speakeasy (great for dancing!)
- Built-in PA systems, tables & chairs, staffing, and full event setup & cleanup
- Lawn games, fire pit, disc golf, and walking trails
There is a full-service bar and restaurant on-site to provide catering & bar services, along with overnight accommodations for up to 16 guests in 8 cabins.
Linens, tableware, ceremony arches, and outdoor recreation equipment are also on offer.
