- 4-hour event time (held between 11am and 3m)
- 1-hour ceremony the day prior
- Overnight rental of the secluded Bridge Cabin
- Ceremony location on the bridge over Bear Creek

Rental Fee

Ceremony & Reception with Guest Lodging
Summer: $7,600 + catered meal
Winter: $4,800 + catered meal- Full property access from 3pm on the wedding day to 11am the following morning
- Exclusive use of the Day Lodge on the wedding day and exclusive 4-hour use of the restaurant
- Ceremony location beside Bear Creek Pond or on the bridge over Bear Creek
- Overnight rental of all 8 Bear Creek Lodge Cabins, sleeping up to 39 guests (some limitations apply based on the season)
Summer weddings (May–September) may only be held Sunday–Thursday, except for micro-weddings that do not require exclusive use of the restaurant.

- $29/person and up
Meal pricing includes a buffet dinner, full table setup, staffing, water, serviceware, and cake cutting. There is a food minimum of $1,020, and a bar minimum of $800.
