Rental Fee
- $5,750–6,950/event
- Rental fee varies depending on:
- Day of week
- Time of year
The rental fee includes:
- 13-hour exclusive rental time (plus 1 hour for cleanup)
- Two dressing lounges
- Multiple indoor & outdoor gathering spaces, including an open-air chapel, pavilion, ballroom, and gardens
- Access to the 15-acre grounds for photos
- Chapel benches and draping
- Tables, Chiavari chairs, linens, table runners, and antique furnishings
- Centerpiece mirrors, lanterns, glass cylinders, candelabras, and various additional accent props
- Courtyard bistro lights or ballroom draping with LED lights
- Sparklers for grand exit
Meals (when priced separately)
- $25–35/person
Meal pricing includes hors d'oeuvres, soup & salad, bread basket with butter, and entrées with choice of sides.
Bar packages range $23–30/person for 4-hour service.
