Full house rental fees range $1,500–3,800, and include:
- 10-hour rental, ending at midnight
- Use of the first floor of the main house and Carriage House and the courtyard
- Second floor library and changing room for wedding party prep
- Carriage House apartment for wedding party prep
- Reception tables and chairs for up to 65 (additional chairs available to rent)
- Two private parking lots
- Additional days may be added at a discounted rate
Partial use of the house (inside of Main House or Carriage House Bar and Courtyard) ranges $1,095–2,850, for guest counts under 100.
A security officer is required for guest counts over 50, or any event serving alcohol.
