All rentals include:
- Exclusive access to the venue and property for the allotted time (ranging 8 hours–18 hours)
- Two dressing suites with private bathrooms
- Prep kitchen, sound system, and ample lit parking with an attendant
- Assorted tables, chairs, and linens, plus setup & teardown
- Access to in-house décor, including vintage tables, stable doors, portable bar, and patio heaters
- Use of venue for engagement photos
