Rental Fee

• $2,250–4,500/event

• Barn and Lodge rentals include:

  • Exclusive use of the selected venue starting at 8am on the wedding day
  • Continuous food & beverage service during the reception
  • Tables, chairs, linens, and acrylicware for the meal
  • Burlap table runners or puddle pieces, lanterns, and wood pieces
  • Access to the grounds for bridal and engagement photos
  • Tubs & ice for alcohol
  • Setup & teardown

  The Lodge | 60-guest maximum | $2,250 + tax
  The Barn | 75-guest minimum | $4,500 + tax

Ceremony Fee

• $1,000/event

• Ceremony fees include benches for guest seating, an arbor of your choice, and a  rehearsal (weather permitting). 

Meals (when priced separately)

• $30/person and up

• Menu pricing includes appetizers, salad, entrée, sides, bread, and water, lemonade, coffee, and sweet & unsweet tea. 

  Bar setup & bartender fees are additional, starting at $125/bartender.

Additional Info

• There is an 18% service fee on catering, and an 8% tax on the final balance (excluding gratuity).
