• The rental fee includes:

  • Two-day access (Friday–Saturday or Saturday–Sunday) for a rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception
  • Bride's Escape and Groom's Getaway (up to 15 guests each, 9am–5pm on the wedding day)
  • Wedding coordination services
  • Rehearsal dinner seating for up to 50
  • Eight high-boy tables and a portable bar
  • Yard games and special event liability insurance
  • Pre-event setup and post-event breakdown

  Pavilion Rental | $8,000 | Up to 150 guests | 8am–11pm access
  Includes a ceremony at the lakeside grounds or Pavilion and reception at the Pavilion, 40 x 40-foot canopy tent with sidewalls, string lighting, lanterns, chandelier, and café lighting, and one golf cart shuttle for guests

  Hall Rental | $10,000 | Up to 300 guests | 8am–11pm access
  Includes a ceremony at the lakeside grounds or Cypress Hall and reception at Cypress Hall, prep kitchen, A/V and PA systems, and two golf cart shuttles for guests.

  All-Inclusive Rental | $12,000 | Up to 300 guests
  Includes everything in the Hall Rental, plus choice of a ceremony arch, doors for a bride reveal, cocktail hour at the Pavilion, 40 x 40-foot canopy tent at the Pavilion (or use of Cypress Hall for the reception), 15-passenger van shuttle, and one overnight stay at the Bridal Suite.
