“Music always provides the hook to our memories and certainly you want this day to be memorable for you, your wedding party and your guests. Involving Amy and the complement of Yazz Jazz professionals will provide you just that. Immediately after our wedding, we received thank you cards from several of our guests – seriously! – and all of them mentioned the emotionality of the day and the music throughout every part of the evening. We can’t wait to have another event where we can use Amy’s talents!”
“Amy and the band far exceeded our expectations and we would refer them to everyone! Amy is attentive and organized and goes above and beyond to give you what you want and work within the budget. We loved them!”
“I have high standards, came with a picture of what I wanted to create at the ceremony and reception, and Yazz Jazz was able to meet those expectations because not only were they on top of the details every step of the way, they are also musically gifted performers that truly love what they do. Their work on our wedding seemed like a gift.”
“We are extremely satisfied with the entire process of booking and working with Yazz Jazz and the final product. They were helpful, thoughtful and got to know us and what we wanted, and then delivered a product based on their insightful and sincere desire to make this day perfect for us.”
“Along every step of the way, Amy was the consummate professional—helping us refine our plans to create the complete experience we envisioned, and never disappointing with her clarifying questions, prompt responses and fair pricing.”
“The group was amazingly flexible and accommodating—even making recordings of the songs for us to practice our first dance to.”
“They all showed up on time, prepared, properly dressed and provided an amazing night of entertainment!”
“Amy and a keyboardist provided our ceremony music and joined a small band for our dinner music, until it was the DJ’s turn to take the night. He was as great as the rest of Yazz Jazz—he had everyone from teens to 85-year-olds up and moving for hours.”
“Additionally, their over-the-top performance was totally economical! They charged half of what another band quoted, and I believe they did a better job than the other band would have.”
“There were many moving parts and people to our wedding and Amy worked with all of them seamlessly.”
“I felt more like I was working with a trusted friend than a vendor.”

What drew you to this field/how did you get started? When I was studying music in Miami, Florida, my voice teacher hired me as a sub for her wedding band and I loved singing all the styles of music and making people have fun. It's the best of both worlds!
