Tell us about your company name.
We chose OCLA Events based on the fact that 90 percent of our events are in either Orange County or Los Angeles. We also felt it had a smooth feel to it.
Why should someone hire you?
We are honest, reliable and always listen to what the client wants.
What are the common misconceptions about your services?
Based on input, people think we are expensive based on our pictures—but are pleasantly surprised when they find out our costs.
Tell us about a favorite, unusual or very interesting moment at a wedding:
I planned a wedding for an amazing couple and the groom was paralyzed from the waist down and in a wheelchair. When he did the first dance with his mother I cried tears of joy.
What have weddings taught you?
That this is the most important day of the bride and groom's life...and everything needs to be perfect.
What is the best advice you give a couple when planning their wedding?
Go with your initial design ideas and try not to be swayed by others.
If you could have any superpower on the job, what would it be?
To be able to fly so I can see the event from different angles.
What are 3 words that describe your personality?
I am honest, outgoing and passionate.
What's your favorite quote?
I have 2 from my mom: "It never hurts to ask" and "Everything happens for a reason."

Basketball, snowboarding and walking my 2 dogs.
