Room Block Discounts and Notes

Westin Carlsbad Resort and Spa will offer your guests 20% off the flexible room rate at time of booking when you book your wedding at the property. A minimum of 10 rooms are required in order to receive the 20% discount.

The "cut-off date" for accepting room block reservations is one month prior to the arrival date. Reservation requests received after 5pm local time at hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted at the hotel prevailing rate, based on availability. Failure to reserve guest rooms before the cut-off date will not impact your event’s attrition or cancellation clauses.
