- Celebrate under the stars. The reception area in the garden boasts a large 40x60 white event tent with three crystal chandeliers, leg drapes, and a dance floor. As the party winds down, you can gather with guests around the cozy fire pit.

Dreamy Elopements at Fern Acres!
All elopements include use of the ceremony area and grounds, plus parking, restrooms, and taxes, for 2–15 people. You bring your officiant, photographer, and any florals you wish! All elopements are held mid-week, Monday–Thursday.
2 Hour Mini-Elopement | $1,750
Includes use of the ceremony area and access to the grounds for photos.
4 Hour Elopement | $2,200
Includes use of the ceremony area & dressing rooms and access to the grounds for photos.
5 Hour Elopement | $2,700
Includes use of the ceremony area & dressing rooms, access to the grounds for photos, and use of the tent, tables, and chairs for a simple meal at the end of the ceremony. You will provide the food, dinnerware, and table décor.
All-inclusive options for 15–50 guests are also available, and feature amenities like professional photography, a wisteria-draped ceremony site with an officiant, full day-of coordination and planning, and florals.
