Rental Fee

• For events under 50 guests, there is an additional $2,500 site fee. Otherwise, the site fee is included with the package price.

Package Prices

• Package prices vary depending on:
  • Package chosen

• All packages include:

  • 6 hours of event time (additional time is $1,000/hour)
  • Ceremony set-up with chairs, tables, and a lemon water station
  • Displayed and/or passed hors d'oeuvres
  • Choice of plated or buffet dinner service
  • Complimentary tasting
  • Tables, white Chiavari chairs, floor-length linens, and napkins in your color of choice
  • Cake display table & cutting service, table numbers and stands, and votive candles

  Some packages include bar service during cocktail hour. When priced separately, bar packages range $18–32/person for the first hour, with additional hours $10–15/person. Consumption bars are also available.
