35% of the estimated event total or $3,500, whichever is greater, is required to book your date. The balance is due 72 hours prior to the event. The venue rental fee ranges $100–900 depending on the space reserved, day and time of the event, guest count, and menu selections. The food & beverage minimum starts at $2,000 and varies depending on the guest count, day of the week and time of the event. Meals start at $65/person. Tax, alcohol and a 24% service charge are additional.
