You'll have exclusive use of the 20-acre property, which features massive redwoods, oaks, sequoias, and Douglas fir trees; is surrounded by vineyards; and has unobstructed views across the hills to the west.
- Host your celebration in the former dairy barn-turned-restaurant. Situated next to a creek beneath towering redwood trees, it offers plenty of room for dining and dancing on the second floor, as well as al fresco options on the beautiful stone patios. It's easy to personalize your event by choosing your own vendors, including planners, caterers, photographers, florists, musicians, and entertainment.
- Your guests will love the accommodations: The Grand Victorian, which dates back to the 1800s, has 3 bedrooms plus a living room and kitchen for easy entertaining. Fourteen restored cottages are also available, not to mention access to the pool, 20-person infinity hot tub, and gym.

The rental fee includes the following for the weekend: exclusive use of the property and 2 nights' lodging (the Grand Victorian sleeps 6 and 14 cottages sleep 54); historic Vintner’s Barn; decks, patios, and wine cellar that seat up to 200; and ceremony site under a massive walnut tree.
You can hold your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and brunche on the property. There are no taxes or add-on fees.
