Fees & Deposits

A $2000 nonrefundable,non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your date. Additional nonrefundable, non-transferable deposits are required at 60, 90 and 120 days prior with the estimated balance due 14 days prior to your date. Ceremony fee is $750. A Wedding Coordinator is required for all on-site ceremonies. Event space rental fees range $250–1,950 with food and beverage minimum. Tax and service charge are additional. Fees for business programs vary based on overnight accommodations, services and menus selected.

Year-round, daily. Business functions: 8am–5pm or 6pm–11pm. Weddings: 11am–4pm and 6pm–11pm.
