Why We Like This Place

Since opening its doors in 1996, Coyote Hills Golf Course has generated considerable public interest. And it’s not just the links that have attracted a following—the versatile clubhouse and lovely setting have fast become popular for all types of events. And even though fundraisers, theme parties, anniversary celebrations and golf tournaments (naturally) are frequently hosted here, weddings are definitely a specialty. 



A long walkway leads to their unique ceremony site, which is custom-built and quite beautiful. Guests take their seats beneath a wisteria-draped wooden pergola that frames a two-tiered waterfall at the far end. It’s here that the couple exchanges vows, surrounded by a landscape filled with flowers, trees and an abundance of greenery. This area also lends itself to intimate events and, of course, makes a gorgeous backdrop for photos.

Receptions are held on the upper level of the clubhouse in a pair of banquet rooms that can be used individually or combined, depending on the size of your celebration. The Vista Falls Room, tastefully designed with exquisitely styled Japanese lamps and a lofty ceiling paneled in polished maple, has an elegant simplicity. Plenty of floor-to-ceiling windows take advantage of the inspiring landscape spread out below: acres of green hummocks, footbridges, sand traps and a gently flowing creek. The room also overlooks a lake and two waterfalls. One of them, the amazing two-tiered water cascade at the ceremony site, is especially captivating at night when illuminated by lights. Four sets of double doors open out onto a long terrace, which runs the length of the room. Here, you can sit and enjoy the sunshine or sweet evening air and listen to the music of the falls. 


Another benefit of the Vista Falls Room is that you have access to the clubhouse bar, located next door in the facility’s restaurant. Airy and inviting, the restaurant is a big octagonal space with creamy walls, tropical plants and sunlight pouring in through an eight-sided skylight. And like the Vista Falls Room, it’s blessed with large picture windows that offer a panoramic view of the fairways.

If you’re planning a small meeting, reception or indoor ceremony, reserve the Vista Pointe Room, separated from the Vista Falls Room by a movable airwall. Laid out in an interesting octagonal shape like the restaurant, it shares the same patio as the Vista Falls Room as well as the view of the fairways and waterfalls through plenty of windows.

CEREMONY CAPACITY: The Vista Pointe Room holds up to 150 seated guests, and up to 300 guests can be accommodated in the outdoor ceremony site. EVENT/RECEPTION CAPACITY: The Vista Falls and Vista Pointe Rooms combined hold 300 seated guests with a dance floor, or 350 seated without. MEETING CAPACITY: The Vista Pointe Room holds 80 seated theater-style or 65 conference-style; the Vista Falls Room holds 220 theater-style or 120 seated conference-style.

Fees & Deposits

A nonrefundable deposit, which is applied to your food and beverage total, is required to reserve your date. The amount of the deposit is equal to 25% of the estimated event total. 50% is due 6 months prior, and 100% of the final estimated balance is due 14 days prior to the event date. Wedding packages start at $55/person and include 1 hour of hors d’oeuvres service, punch, champagne toast, seated meal or buffet, custom-ordered cake, choice of linens and parking. Tax, alcohol and a 21% service charge are additional.
