Fees & Deposits
The rental fee and 50% of the catering total is required upon booking the estate. Rental fees range $7,500–15,000 depending on the day of the week rented. Catering is provided exclusively by Paula LeDuc Fine Catering and pricing starts at $250/person. Event services, such as lighting, stage/dance floor, and guest shuttles are additional.
